We take reasonable steps required by applicable law when disclosing information overseas.

8. Cookies and analytics

We use necessary cookies and similar technologies for security, cart, checkout, language, currency and session functions. 11. Access, correction and complaints

You may request access to personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct inaccurate or outdated information. We may need to verify identity and may refuse or limit a request where law permits, explaining the reason where required. Privacy complaints should describe the concern and relevant order or account. We aim to respond within 2 business days. If unresolved, you may have the right to contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner or another applicable regulator.
